Self-care, managing stress and cultivating resilience for health care workers
This free workshop will challenge and support health care workers to take the considerable skills, compassion and commitment we use every day in our care for others and shift the focus, for a moment, toward our own well-being. This shift in focus not only supports our own self-care, stress management but also helps foster healthy resilience and a more supportive workplace culture for us all.
This course runs from 10:30 am - 2:00 pm. A light lunch will be provided.
