This seminar will cover enduring powers of attorney, representation agreements, and probate issues. Learn more about the differences between home-made wills vs. professionally executed wills, joint ownership as a tool to avoid probate, Power of Attorney vs. representation agreement (financial/assets vs. medical), and discretionary trusts for minors or adult children with limited capacity or substance abuse issues.
