Tough conversations can happen with anyone: a boss, co-worker, client, or family member. Sometimes you can anticipate them and, at other times, they blindside you. Not only do you feel the pressure of these exchanges, but your neck knots up, your stomach turns somersaults. Then it gets hard to think clearly and handle a tough conversation well. This physical discomfort requires physical strategies.

This free workshop offers simple techniques to get you and your body working together so you can stay on track and excel under pressure.

By the end of the  workshop you will be able to:

  • Describe how our nervous system responds to challenges or stressors
  • Experience the relief of tuning in to internal clues at an earlier stage
  • Apply different physical techniques that feel good & keep our thinking brain online

What to expect from this training:

  • An interactive combination of theory, reflective dialogue, and practice
  • Choices of ways to engage with the activities (that aren't role plays)
  • That the pace of this workshop is likely slower than your usual pace
  • Hopefully some new and interesting stuff & some laughs
