You'd like to speak up but it's so uncomfortable that you hang back. Maybe you feel very strongly and blurt out something you regret. Or you freeze and the words don't come out at all. Some people get sidelined by tears that hit them out of nowhere.
It can feel like our bodies get in the way of us doing what we want to do. This experiential training offers simple, active techniques to strengthen your confidence when you want to speak up.
Come prepared to ignite your curiosity and explore new ways of taking care of yourself.
