This workshop explores strategies to make our workplaces and union equitable and inclusive while embracing the strength we get from diversity. In this course, you will:

● Learn about equity, diversity and inclusion and the importance of this at work and in our union.

● Learn from each other about effective and inclusive ways to address discrimination and barriers.

● Brainstorm about diversity and inclusion, to strengthen our workplaces, community and union.
