For the Employees of: Yellowhead Road and Bridge (Vanderhoof) LTD.

(Service Area 23) currently enrolled in the

BC Target Benefit Pension Plan

The wording on the ballot will be:

ARE YOU IN FAVOUR OF STAYING WITH

THE BC TARGET BENEFIT PENSION PLAN?

YES NO

Note: All employees currently enrolled in the BC Target Benefit Pension Plan are eligible to vote and shall be given a reasonable opportunity to vote.

The Union views the BC Target Benefit Pension Plan as an effective way to save for retirement.
