This two-day introduction to organizing provides members with knowledge and support to help build collective power at work. The training will introduce participants to core organizing skills that can help build the kind of union engagement needed to tackle issues at work. No previous training or experience is necessary to attend. A union-paid leave of absence is provided for this training. Hotel accommodation and lunches are provided, and travel expenses are reimbursed.
