Bullying has become such a concern that government, unions and workplaces are recognizing the issue of bullying must be dealt with. We now have legislation, and many organizations have policy and/or collective agreement language, but we need training to fully understand the issue of bullying and what to do about it as workers, as employers and as a union. This course is for OH&S committee representatives with more than 6 months experience serving on an OH&S committee. Does your committee struggle to address health and safety concerns?
