Learn about mental health and how it may arise in the workplace, how to respond and what resources are available to support you and your coworkers. You may also want to register for the Introduction to basic budgeting workshop before lunch.

And, bring your bicycle and helmet for a free tune-up and safety clinic (Drop-in from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm). It's all free, including a BBQ lunch at 12:30 pm and you can bring along family members as well.
