Agenda: This all-day training will give Local 803 Stewards a chance to review a few of the basics and get a more in-depth knowledge in some important areas of your work. Want to improve facing management assertively? More effective at Joint Labour-Management Meetings? Ever ask yourself – what happens at arbitration and why do some grievances end up there and others don't? We will spend the day on these topics and have time to talk about some of your workplace issues too.
