Seeking Bargaining Proposals for the Master Agreement and Component Agreements

Please use the attached forms to set out your proposals and the rationale behind them. They do not need to be formatted in contract language, however, we need examples which justify the language changes, as the Master and Component bargaining committees will use them at the bargaining table to demonstrate why the changes are necessary.

Example to assist you:

· Diabetic supplies are to be covered under my extended healthcare benefits plan;

Purpose: better improvements in the GEU healthcare plan for members.

Please forward your proposals to the Lower Mainland Area Office, Local 603, no later than 3:00 pm August 25, 2021. If you plan to attend this meeting, please RSVP via this link by August 19, 2021.
