For those attending the meeting in person (executives only-max 10 people), a mask is required to be worn at all times within the building including meeting rooms and washroom areas, please ensure you bring one with you. No food or beverages (except for water) will be available. If you would like water, please supply your own container. There will be no cutlery, plates or glasses available. If you would like to bring your own food to the meeting, you are welcome to do so (expense claims are available on line).

A Member Declaration form must be filled out and received by our office 24 hours prior to the meeting. Email completed Declarations to [email protected].
