RE: Local 2003 General Meeting

DATE: Monday, May 16, 2022 TIME: 8:00pm – 9:00pm .

PLACE: VIA ZOOM & BCGEU Lower Mainland Area Office

Squamish Room: Suite 130‑2920 Virtual Way, Vancouver

This meeting will be held in a hybrid format. If you would like to attend the Local meeting on Monday, May 16 please RSVP.

Registration for the Local Meeting is required so that you receive the Zoom link for the meeting, which will be sent three business days prior to the meeting and again the day of the meeting.

In-person meetings are subject to current Covid-19 restrictions. You will be made aware of any changes prior to the date of the meeting. Members must sign in upon arrival and adhere to BCGEU's Office Safety Plan. Proof of vaccine is mandatory. Please stay home if you have cold or flu-like symptoms. Masks must be worn at all times when inside the building.

If you wish to attend in person: the BCGEU office is across the street from Renfrew Skytrain Station in the Broadway Tech complex (exact address: suite 130 – 2920 Virtual Way, Vancouver). If you are travelling by car, please park on the street as the underground parkade is locked in the evenings. When you reach the office, please proceed to ground level (two floors up from street level) and down the hall to the BCGEU meeting rooms and press the intercom to be let in.
