Hello All 1003 Stewards

As you know, the role of a steward in the workplace is an extremely important one and we want to make sure our stewards are equipped with all the information they need to continue to assist members every day. We are excited to provide a full day of education and networking with other stewards in Local 1003.

When: Friday, October 12, 2018 from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Where: Lower Mainland Area Office | Suite #130 – 2920 Virtual Way, Vancouver

During this one-day training session, we will discuss: Bullying and Dealing with Difficult People in the Workplace

We would like you to build more skills and knowledge to help you become an even more empowered and effective steward.

This course is open to all Local 1003 stewards and union leave will be provided to attend. Once your attendance has been confirmed, you will need to request leave from your Employer.

To register please RSVP (include your Leave of Absence hours if one is required) and any dietary restrictions by 5:00 pm, Friday, October 5, 2018.
