Re: Enhanced Stewards' Training for Local 1003 Stewards

Agenda: This all-day training will provide you with an opportunity to refresh your steward skills, gain in-depth knowledge on common grievances issues critical to our members, as well as learn the difference between being assertive and being aggressive. We also hope to have a guest speaker from our Occupational Health and Safety department present on the importance of our own good mental health as stewards and how to recognize problematic signs of declining mental health in ourselves and our colleagues. Come learn some new case law, practice your skills, and learn how to ensure your own and others good mental health in the workplace.

Please register by December 5th at 5pm so we process your LOA.

Note courses require a minimum of five (5) participants.
