Incident Investigations (must have previously taken or will be taking the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee Training on April 11^th)

An incident happens at your work place and there is an investigation, what do you do? What is the purpose of the investigation? What is required? In this course you will learn about:

The legislative requirements for conducting accident/incident investigations

How to get to the contributing factors by conducting effective witness interviews and examining physical evidence

How to assess the evidence in order to recommend effective corrective measures
