You may also want to register for a workshop after lunch, including Debt Smarts or Mental Health in the Workplace.

And bring your bicycle and helmet for a free tune-up and safety clinic (Drop-in from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm). It's all free, including a BBQ lunch and you can bring along your family members as well.
