Successful training program for students, workers, supervisors and operators in food services. Understand basic food safety, learn to protect yourself and others from foodborne illnesses and leave with a 5-year certificate.

Time: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Location: Selkirk College Castlegar, 301 Frank Beinder Way. Sentinel Wing, Room 221. Around back side, parking available, follow the yellow BCGEU signs.

Lunch will be provided.
