This all-day training will provide you with an opportunity to refresh your skills for Step 1 meetings, the grievance form and gain in-depth knowledge on issues critical to our members. Have you ever wondered what medical information an Employer can and cannot ask for? What questions you can ask in a meeting with the Employer? What is bullying and harassment and what can be done about it? We will also learn what WorkSafe requires the Employer to do about bullying and how to make effective complaints.
