We are offering Enhanced Steward Training for all new and current stewards in the Kelowna, Penticton & Vernon casinos. It will introduce and refresh you to your key roles and responsibilities as a steward and help you develop the essential skills you will need. Through discussion, interactive group activities and role-plays, you will be introduced to the key roles and responsibilities of a steward as advocate, educator, organizer and communicator. Stewards will leave feeling more confident and effective in their role and skillful in their interactions with members and the employer.

A union-paid leave will be provided if you are scheduled to work. Lunch will also be provided.
