Tough conversations can happen with anyone: boss, member, co-worker, client. Sometimes you can anticipate them. At other times, they blindside you. Not only do you feel the pressure of these exchanges, but your neck knots up. Your stomach turns somersaults. Then it gets hard to think clearly and handle it as you'd like to.
Physical discomfort requires physical strategies. This training offers simple techniques to get you and your body working together so you can stay on track and excel under pressure.

Shayna Hornstein, B.Sc. (Reg. P.T.) is an adult educator, a body-focused therapist and coach, and a registered physical therapist. Her organizational development work improves resilience and workplace communication. She focuses on lessening the impact of stress on the body. She loves supporting BCGEU members who work with the public in our communities.
