This interactive workshop will help you gain a deeper understanding of LGBTQ2S communities and creating authentic spaces at work and at home. We will discuss common terms used to express sexuality and gender diversity, discuss the importance of using and respecting people’s pronouns, and build a common understanding of affirmation and allyship and their importance as ongoing practices.
