Place: In Person (500 Quebec Street, Prince George, BC V2L 0C6)

We have scheduled our Local Chair plus one Meeting for Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

 The Local Chair along with one (1) delegate per Local is asked to attend the upcoming Local Chair Plus One Day Session for Spring 2024. Your delegate must be on the Local Executive.

 If you are unable to attend, we ask that you please appoint a second delegate to represent your Local, this delegate must be from your Executive. Please advise the Prince George Area Office of your delegate choice(s) and pass this information on to those you appoint in order that they may make the necessary arrangements to attend.

Please RSVP to the Prince George Area Office no later than Friday, March 8, 2024,

If you require a Union-Paid Leave of Absence, please indicate this when you RSVP. Notify your Supervisor immediately of the date you require off for Union Business and advise paperwork is coming.

 Lunch will be provided. When registering, please advise if you have any allergies or other special dietary requirements. Please register even if you don't need a leave of absence. This will ensure enough lunch is ordered for everyone. Please also advise of any accommodation requirements when registering.
