On behalf of the BCGEU Area 09 Cross Component Committee, you and one guest are invited to attend our annual Activist Appreciation Banquet which is being held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Prestige Lakeside Resort in Nelson. This event is open to all Stewards, Local Officers, OH&S Reps, and Bargaining Committee members and their guest.

Our new President, Paul Finch, will also be in attendance.

Expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the Financial Manual. A leave-of-absence will be provided for members who are scheduled to work. Accommodations will be booked and pre-paid for out-of-town guests who request one.

Doors Open: 4:30 pm

Happy Hour: 5:00 pm - Cash Bar

Dinner: 5:30 pm

Entertainment & Dancing: 6:00 pm - 12:00 am

The theme of this year's event is black & white semi-formal and everyone is encouraged to dress up!
