This two-day introduction to organizing provides members with knowledge and support to help build collective power at work. The training will introduce participants to core organizing skills that can help build the kind of union engagement needed to tackle issues at work. No previous training or experience is necessary to attend. A union-paid leave of absence and lunches are provided for this training, and travel expenses are reimbursed. A hotel is available to those travelling over 50 minutes to the venue.

The training will take place from 9am - 5pm Mountain Time.

Unfortunately, in order to prioritize those who have not yet attended, we are not able to offer this course as a repeat, and will have to decline your RSVP if you have already completed an Organizing Fundamentals training.
