Re Activist Appreciation Banquet

Time: Doors open at 5:30 p.m., Cocktails at 6:00 p.m., Dinner at 7:00 p.m.

Location: Coast Bastion Hotel, 11 Bastion Street, Nanaimo

 In appreciation of your efforts and commitments on behalf of BCGEU members, please accept this invitation to attend the Activists' Appreciation Banquet hosted by the Area 02 Cross Component Committee.

The dinner and overnight accommodation will be billed directly to the Union. Accommodation if required will be arranged and a confirmation sent to you prior to the banquet. The Union will reimburse other approved expenses once your expense claim is received.

Due to the significant number of "no shows" we have experienced in the past, a cancellation fee of $20.00 per couple/$10.00 per person, is required to complete your registration. This fee is to partially offset the cost of the meal should you not attend nor cancel your attendance prior to Friday, October 13, 2017. Therefore, please send a cheque made payable to BCGEU Area 02 Cross Component Committee, post-dated for October 13, 2017, or cash in the enclosed pre‑paid envelope. The fee will be returned to you at the registration table when you arrive at the banquet.
