In appreciation of your efforts and commitments on behalf of BCGEU members, please accept this invitation to attend the Activists' Appreciation Event, November 17^th, 2018, hosted by the Area 01 Cross Component Committee.

The honour of your presence is requested. You and a guest are invited to attend an "Evening at the Museum". We will be having appetizers (there will be a number of appetizer stations) a cash bar, and you are welcome to visit the exhibits.

6:00 pm start time

Accommodation will be arranged and a confirmation sent to you prior to the banquet (overnight accommodation will be billed directly to the Union) if required/eligible. For those members living in the greater Victoria area, taxis will be reimbursed as noted below.

The Union will reimburse other eligible expenses once your expense claim is received and approved.

Taxi's & Child Care Attendees are entitled to expense taxi fare to and from the event, as well as child care expenses, by submitting an expense claim form with appropriate receipts (forms will be available at the event)

Parking There is a small parking lot behind the museum as well as street parking. Please submit your receipt on an expense claim form for reimbursement .
