Please note that it is BCGEU policy that where alcohol is served at an event, transportation to and from the event and/or accommodation for out of town guests, will be provided and paid for by the BCGEU - in accordance with BCGEU Financial Policy.

If you will require a leave of absence from work in order to attend this event, you should obtain verbal approval from your supervisor as soon as possible, while noting that the Union will provide you with the necessary paperwork for a Union-paid leave after the registration deadline. All those requiring accommodation will have rooms reserved for them at the Coast Kamloops Hotel. Please Note: If you are requesting a hotel room, please register prior to October 27, 2017. A $50 deposit is required to secure your hotel room booking.
