The Area 03 Cross Component Committee is hosting a Board Games Night for all BCGEU members in the Lower Mainland (Area 03). Please come on out and join us for some board game fun, snacks, beverages and plenty of socializing and laughs!

We have a number of board and card games for folks to play but please bring your own to share. Free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for attendees.

The Games Night event is free for BCGEU members but requires a deposit to secure your spot. Maximum registration per family is 3 (2 guests plus yourself).

The deadline to register and pay your deposit is Friday, May 2, 2025. Space is limited so don't delay. Late registrations and/or drop-ins cannot be accommodated.

Deposit

· Once you have registered for the event using the link above, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a link to submit your deposit.

· A deposit payment of $10.00 per person attending is required for this event. The deposit can be paid using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Amex and E-transfer.

· Only participants / families that have registered and paid the deposit by the May 2 deadline will be eligible to attend the event.

· No refunds will be given if you do not attend and/or do not check in with the registration desk at the start of the event.

· Deposit refunds take up to 7 days to process after the event.
