This course will educate and provide you with the skills to address bullying in the workplace in order to make it a safe and comfortable place to work.
In the Bullying and Harassment at work course you will learn:
- Definition of what is bullying and what is not considered bullying
- Causes of bullying
- Legal requirements – Workers Compensation Board and collective agreement language
- How to address the issue
- Social media and cyber-bullying or harassment
- Prevention strategies and actions
A light lunch will be provided at 12:30.
