This three-day training is an introduction to organizing that provides members with knowledge and support to help build union power at work. The training will focus on developing core organizing skills, identifying organizing issues, and bringing an organizing lens to union work. No previous courses or experience necessary to attend. A union-paid leave-of-absence is provided for this course. Travel, meals and accommodation, if required, are also provided. Reasonable child and/or other dependent care expenses may be reimbursed.
